Zacha Hitting High Point Of Season For B's
The 27-year-old has played his best hockey in his first full season at center in Boston
Pavel Zacha set career highs last season in most offensive categories while playing the wing alongside David Krejci and David Pastrnak, and finally seemed to prove himself worthy of the high draft pick status as a 2015 first round lottery pick after never fully realizing his potential while with the New Jersey Devils.
There were legitimate questions whether the 27-year-old Zacha would be able to post the same kind of numbers while serving as Krejci’s replacement down the middle this season. Zacha answered every single one of those queries while posting 19 goals and 56 points in 75 games along with a plus-13 rating while settling into a very effective second line with Danton Heinen and Pastrnak that’s been Boston’s best down the stretch.
