Montgomery: 'I Don't Think Our Team Is Ready For The Playoffs Yet'
Bruins head coach challenges players during sloppy practice ahead of big road trip
BRIGHTON, MA – For the second time this season, Jim Montgomery was compelled to stop a drill during Boston Bruins practice and simply have the players get in some conditioning sprints as a punitive wakeup call.
He also left no uncertainty about the reasons behind it when he told his Bruins players to “Wake the [expletive] up” after the sloppy start to practice following a bad ending to their weekend loss to the Philadelphia Flyers.
